2016 Sept 29 Life Roles Workshop for Women’s Mentorship Program (PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong)

Modern day women carry multiple roles, which can be in harmony or conflict with one another. Through the experiential workshop, participants will reflect on how their self-concept is shaped by their life roles; differentiate importance of roles; identify areas of conflict that lead to stress; and learn some ways of coping with stress through art.

General feedback after the workshop:

"It was good to have an external speaker who specialises in the field of psychology and the participants really enjoyed having you as the instructor."

"It was a good event as it allowed the participants to share their experience in a relaxed environment"

"The workshop provided an opportunity for the participants to reflect on the priorities in life"

"The format of the workshop (i.e. art therapy) was creative and interesting."
