How does Jungian Analysis work?
Jungian analysis is a form of depth psychology rooted in the psychological approach of Carl Gustav Jung. By building a living connection between the unconscious and consciousness, it helps you experience balance, authenticity and wholeness in your life, on top of symptom relief.

In today’s world, logic and materialism often take center stage, leaving little room for our intuitive, creative, and emotional sides. Yet both are essential for growth, or what Jung calls individuation. Jungian analysis seeks to integrate and transform different facets of ourselves, light and shadow, logic and feeling, femininity and masculinity, the known and unkown, guiding us towards a more balanced and authentic existence.
The unconscious communicates through symbols, emotions and images. That’s why non-verbal, symbolic work is a key part of my practice, alongside talking therapy. Whether arising from dreams, sandplay, or artwork, the images within you hold their own vitality and meaning, unlocking insights and understanding that words alone may not capture.

Dreams are not random; they are purposeful, symbolic, and deeply connected to our inner world. They can provide clarity, resolution, and guidance during times of difficulty or change. Some dreams may repeat themes or evolve over time, offering insights into trajectory of growth.
Dream interpretation isn’t about looking up symbols or finding quick answers. Instead, we’ll explore the unique meaning of your dreams together, connecting them to your life experiences and psyche. Don’t worry if you don’t remember your dreams. Curiosity and attention often invite dreams naturally as you begin your journey.

I incorporate sandplay therapy in my practice. It was developed by Swiss therapist Dora Kalff, a student of C.G. Jung. When words fall short, sandplay provides a creative and hands-on way to connect with our inner world. Using sand, water, figurines, and imagination, you can express emotions and themes that are otherwise difficult to put into words.
In the “free and protected space” of the therapeutic relationship, you might create a scene that symbolizes conflict, chaos, healing, or transformation. This process allows deeper layers of yourself to unfold naturally, offering insights and pathways for growth and healing, much like the wisdom revealed in dreams.
Symbolic expression through art
Art is another wonderful way that allows our inner world to speak freely without the need for words. Whether through drawing, painting, or other materials, art allows your inner world to speak freely, opening new pathways to understanding and self-expression.
I offer stress-free, creative ways of working with art materials so there’s no need to be an artist. All you need is a willingness to explore, trust the process, and connect with yourself.
